ReplyDeleteI don't have a favorite book, but I'm going to say the Demon's Lexicon because love stories in books are 99% of the time about romantic/sexual love, whereas this trilogy is at its core about the bond between two brothers. Also, magic.

I love anything by Amy Bartol, I love the Shatter Me series by Tahereh Mafi, Colleen Hoover, On the Island by Tracey Garvis Graves. I'll stop while I'm ahead. ReplyDeleteIt is too hard to choose a favourite book of all time - the stories I enjoy reading during this time of year are Mysteries & Cosies set at Christmas. One of my first favourites of that kind was Holiday Grind by Cleo Coyle which served as a wonderful introduction to the series but also, had a lot of holiday faire to keep me entertained!

ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite books is Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. I loved the descriptions of the children and their "oddities." All these children lived in one home with a lady who had her own oddities. There are sequels out and I"ve been reading these as well :)
