Vial Things Synopsis
As an eighteen-year-old resurrectionist, Allie knows staying vigilant means staying alive. The blood of the resurrectionists is heavily regulated, only used with the express permission of the group’s leaders for fear of being discovered. She’s taken every precaution--self-defense classes since childhood, extensive weapons training with knives, and even going so far as to befriend a homeless boy named Ploy, who unknowingly trades a few nights a week on her couch in exchange for being a human tripwire to those after her blood. But as Allie and Ploy’s feelings for each other grow, and a hunter starts taking out the resurrectionists of Fissure’s Whipp, Allie begins to realize even her best laid plans won’t be enough to keep both Ploy and herself safe. Protecting a girl he shouldn’t love, from a threat he understands too well, Ploy must face his past to save his future in Allie’s world--a world where bringing back the dead can cost you your life.
Leah Clifford was born and raised outside of Cleveland Ohio. She has an affinity for all things weird and creepy as made evident by her oddity shop Petite Grotesque and her previous young adult novels, A Touch Mortal, A Touch Morbid and A Touch Menacing. You can find her on Twitter

June 9th Untouch Me #1 Author: Emha Goliesh Publisher: INCLUDAS Publishing Release Date:10/19/16
June 9th: a night to love or a night to hate? A night to embrace or a night to erase? College freshman, Lacey Shyver, has no clue. Growing up with a neuromuscular disease, Lacey knows people only pretend to be nice—pity her, really, for looking different. That is, until graduating senior, Blake Nivey, enters her life. Breaking down her walls and lifting her spirits with just one touch, he’s not like the others. He cares about her well-being and makes her laugh. He unlocks something within Lacey that captures her soul, yet Lacey’s internal struggles surface. Is she just a charity case for him? Blake can’t possibly like someone with limited mobility when there are prettier girls wrapping their arms around him. Or can he? Just as Lacey begins to see where Blake’s heart truly lies with her, everything changes. Because once June 9th begins, it never ends.
When I was nine years-old, I was sure I’d be a math teacher. That lasted until I got to middle school, where I realized that that wasn’t in the numbers for me. From there, I fantasized about being an actress. That lasted until high school, where I realized that sticking to a script wasn’t my thing—I wanted to take the characters on their own journeys and adventures. But somewhere between high school and the days of college graduation, I got lost in the pressures of reality. It wasn’t until I took a step back to evaluate my life when I realized I wanted to embrace my true self. To go back to the days of a six year-old kid who hid under a desk, writing about life in a little blue and pink journal. I couldn’t believe it took me so long to fall back into my happy place. Yet, I wouldn’t have had it any other way, because if after twenty years of exploring life, I still ached to create stories, then it must had been true love. http://juneninthbook.com/

The whirlwind of parties and celebrities just isn't enough to distract Pagan from the excitement of being a spy or dampen her curiosity about her late mother's mysterious past.
When Devin reappears with an opportunity for Pagan to get back into the spy game, she is eager to embrace the role once again—all she has to do is identify a potential Nazi war criminal. A man who has ties to her mother. Taking the mission means that she'll have to star in a cheesy film and dance the tango with an incredibly awful costar, but Pagan knows all the real action will happen off-set, in the streets of Buenos Aires.

foreign energy source that gives them extremely heightened senses. Sight,
sound, touch, taste, and smell become hypersensitive gifts that forever change
the world. The story chronicles their effortless interrelations and later
exposes the testing of their deep bonds. It introduces the reader to an array
of supporting characters who alter the boys’ lives forever. The Urban Boys offers
young and mature readers central themes of loyalty, responsibility, honesty,

paranormal and action-adventure in a diverse, exciting, edge-of-your-seat
narrative!

together long enough to fulfill their destiny?
Intriguing, intelligent, and full of action, The Urban Boys:
Discovery of the Five Senses offers a memorable, emotion-packed, thrilling ride
for young and mature readers alike!
First of all, the Urban Boys by K.N. Smith will prove how beautiful the English language is. I was compelled from the very beginning, drawn into the depth of the story with it's unique description. It made me realize my personal limitations of vocabulary. I am in awe. After a huge win by the Danville Heights football team, a group of five best friends decide to enter into a forest that was forbidden. They encounter something they can't explain. With a bond deeper than friendship, they can sense each other, each having a sense heightened, and are drawn to the evil that is torturing the neighboring town Sandry Lake. In this story, you learn history about each boy and I find that very important. It makes their character more real. You learn how close the boys are, and the loyalty they have for each other. There is a lot of mystery that gradually reveals throughout the story, just enough to keep you hooked. Crazy plot twists and action will keep you at the edge of your seat as the past and present collide. The whole setting of the story felt so real. The trust the boys had with each other to blindly go where their senses pulled them was astounding with not understanding the why. With the beautiful words that seemed as smooth as glass, this fast paced novel is a must read. The creative descriptions need to be embraced by all.

The Howling Heart by April Bostic
Blog Tour December 7 - 11
ABOUT THE BOOK
THE HOWLING HEART
Author: April Bostic Release Date: 8/8/13
Publisher: Eternal Press
SYNOPSIS:
Paige Donovan is an ambitious college graduate who aspires to
reach the top of the corporate ladder. She’s climbing fast when given the
promotion of a lifetime at a prestigious fashion magazine in New York City. Her
bright future comes to an unexpected halt after news of her father’s death. She
inherits his old cabin in the Colorado Rockies, and just when she thinks her
luck couldn’t get any worse, she has a car accident in the mountains and
awakens in the small, remote community of Black River.
Soon, she’s engulfed in the mystical world of
Varulv---wolves descended from 13th century Scandinavia and blessed by Norse
gods with the ability to appear human. Paige is desperate to return home, but
never expects to fall for her rescuer, Riley Gray, a charming young werewolf
from England who offers her an alternate future with his pack.
Now, she must choose between the career she’s
always wanted and the love she’s always dreamed.
The Howling Heart takes the whole werewolf lore to a different level with a twist that will completely surprise you.
Paige and her parents are vacationing in their cabin in Black River, Colorado. It is a remote area with extreme beauty. However, Paige's mom doesn't want to be there. Her parents fight constantly and young Paige just wants to get away. She runs away into the woods, where she meets a wolf pup, and gets lost. After she is found, they leave immediately because her mother doesn't want anymore to do with the cabin.
Flash to the future, Paige has grown into a young adult who is slowly climbing the ladder at a fashion magazine, Elle. She gets offered a job of a life time, however she is unable to enjoy the excitement when her father dies unexpectedly. Paige was close with her father. He understood her, however, getting along with her mother is the complete opposite. In his will, he leaves Paige the cabin at Black River. Which was a complete surprise because she thought he had sold it years ago.
Paige decides to take a leave from work, and go check out the cabin to see if she wants to keep it or sell it. Paige thinks it will be quiet in this remote community, however, from the moment she enters town, her life will be changed forever and filled with adventure.
I really enjoyed the originality of this story. How the Norse Gods created the Varulv was unique and inspiring. I love the Norse Gods, and was excited to see them play a part in this story. The Varulv....I was completely floored how they are actually wolves first, that can change into human form. That was very interesting to discover which goes into detail later in the story and you reach those OMG moments. Read the book and you will understand what I'm saying!!
When Paige and Riley meet, instant chemistry. You feel the heat from the attraction radiating from the pages, and know without a doubt that they have to be together. A human and a wolf, secrets broken, of course it's not going to be easy. There are hurdles to overcome and a battle that can't be avoided.
If you are looking for a gritty, steamy and unique werewolf read, The Howling Heart is just what you need. You will be drawn into the Varulv world and never want to leave.
