As he prepared to take a jump.
He swung around and then he flexed.
His thousandth jump was coming next.
Then tightening his coils, he sank,
And listened to the music crank.
He sprung out free, no longer trapped.
His rusty spring broke loose and SNAPPED!

This is one of the most adorable children's book I have ever read. And let me tell you, with having three children in a ten year span, I have read a lot of books during that time.
Jump is a cute story about Jack, leaving his box, and going on an adventure with Barker the dog. It teaches a great lesson that it is okay to venture outside of your comfort zone, to spread your wings and meet new friends and experience fun adventures. The story is written in an adorable rhyme with fantastic illustrations that are so colorful and goes with the story perfectly. It makes me wish that my 23, 18, and 15 year old children were young enough to experience this fun story.
Any story that teaches a lesson to children in a subtle way is brilliant. This is a story that every parent should share and talk about with their children!
