My Review

The Memory Painter is a mesmerizing complex first novel that will test your imagination with a creative twist on time travel.

Bryan Pierce is a famous author who keeps to himself.  Since a child, he has had bizarre dreams that when he wakes up, he remembers how to do special talents. After going to specialists all his life, he learns to keep this secret to himself.

Linz Jacobs is a brilliant scientist working on memory genes.  She has had a reoccurring dream her whole life, vivid with details and pain, that haunts her.

Bryan and Linz paths cross when Linz decides to attend her friends' art gallery, that is hosting Bryan's incredible paintings.  Linz NEEDS to talk to Bryan about the painting, because it is an exact image from her dream.  So Linz calls Bryan and invites him over to her place to talk about the image that he painted so vividly from her dreams.

Now, jump back to the early 1980's where a group of scientists try to find a cure for Alzheimer's.

Time travel that spans over a period of 10,000 years.....

I can't even BEGIN to tell you how amazing this novel is. I was wrapped up in the story...fascinated by the creative imagination that went into the whole design of the plot.  Stunned by the research that had to go into making it all fit together with the past intertwining together. This is one story that will make you believe in true destiny and how it can survive over thousands of years.

The characters have a great back ground, making it truly believable how their choices in life fit into the story.  I was instantly drawn to them.  Their personalities were unique and lovable.

With a touch of sci-fi and an amazing love, this story will stretch your imagination...bend it...twist it...keep it guessing...definitely guessing, because you will never imagine what the truth will be.  Of course it is filled with twists, betrayal, and hope.  With a complete satisfaction of a reading "high", this is a story that will stay with you, make you ponder, and sigh with delight!

READ THIS BOOK...I can't say it any louder....this author will amaze your imagination!
